Digital Designer

Location: Pompano Beach, FL

The Digital Designer is responsible in developing innovative design concepts and photographic images and executing brand-friendly solutions for marketing, web, products and print.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Must take full ownership of all projects assigned within or out of job scope
  • Develop creative, visual product imagery combining top of the line product photography and typography for web and print projects.
  • Deliver high-quality photography and graphic design under tight deadlines.
  • Create quick rough draft copies of graphic design and submit for approval. After graphics is approved complete design for web or print.
  • Optimize site architecture and user experiences, creating wireframes and specifications as needed.
  • Maintain integrity of brand, including identity, color palette and typography, when extending brand across a broad range of design solutions, including packaging and many various products.
  • Provide support and input to the marketing team
  • Constantly improving the efficiency of existing designs/marketing procedures
  • Continually keeps up-to-date on interactive and design trends, as well as technical skills
  • Gain insight from data to determine layout of designs
  • Interact with assignment ticketing system to track development progress to completion
  • Communicate with direct lead to regularly report project completions and/or updates on project hold ups
  • Ensure quality assurance when completion of design (ie. grammar/spelling/disclaimers) that follow company standards.

  • Answer inbound calls ranging from 75-100 calls per day.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns and problems within established guidelines.
  • Assist customers with product installations and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and various departments.
  • Daily computer file maintenance to include, but not limited to:
  • Order entry and proofreading.
  • Input information in the computer system.
  • Process Return Material Authorizations (RMA's) within established guidelines.
